Pasture-Raised Pork

Our pasture-raised heritage breed pork is available for order by the quarter (~35 lbs of meat), half (~65 lbs) and whole pig (~130 lbs). $100 pork sampler packs are also available.

Price: $6.50 per lb, cut and wrapped. Smoking and sausages are an additional charge. You may request cuts that you like, or leave the decision up to us. Examples of standard cuts include: Hams, roasts, ribs, chops, bacon, hocks, and sausage.

Freezer Space: You will need approximately 1 cubic foot of freezer space per quarter. Deep freeze is best for storing meat but a fridge freezer will do too as long as you have enough space.

Pick Up and Availability: Pork is available at various times throughout the year. We are currently taking reservations for quarters and halves for the fall of 2017. Please make your reservation below. Pick up from our farm in Walters Falls or in Toronto.

We have certain cuts available in our freezers at the farm as well as at markets we attend. Please contact us if you would like to purchase or visit us at one of our Farmers Markets.

About our Pork: Our pigs are raised outside and forage on rough pasture, roots, bush and fallen apples. They are also fed a non-GMO grain/corn/soy ration daily. None of our animals are medicated.
